Two-star chef at the head of several restaurants in France and Japan, Thierry Marx draws inspiration from his many trips. With a creative and innovative approach, the restaurant Teppan offers a cuisine founded on the teppanyaki.
Literally “grilled on an iron plate” in Japanese, teppanyaki is a real precision tool allowing for a perfect control of temperatures and fast cooking which exalts the flavors of the ingredients.
Thus the creative menu was born, combining tradition and innovation with products from the land and the sea, signature dishes, but also food that can be served in under 15 minutes to satisfy to airport’s clientele.
Thierry Marx’s objective is to make good food accessible to everyone, everywhere. After opening several eateries in key transport hubs (train station, hospital, airport), the Michelin-starred Chef carries on with this new establishment located in Terminal 1 of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (public area level 2).
Teppan welcomes travellers throughout the day in a beautiful space featuring both table service and an exceptional bar set in a modern and comfortable decor.
As the day goes by, menus adapt and change according to travellers’ schedules and expectations, from hot dishes to charcuterie and cheese boards or desserts. The perfect opportunity to spend a pleasant moment in a refined and modern setting.
